Rex Navarrete started his stand up career in 1989 with a performance at University of California Santa Cruz. He has toured extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. These include performances in San Francisco, New York, Montreal, Manila, London, Dubai, Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney.

In 2003, he released his first DVD entitled Hella Pinoy, in 2005, he released "Badass Madapaka" and in 2010, he released the DVD titled "Komik Organik".

Carolyn Fe is a Filipina singer and actor based in Montreal. She has released three full-length albums and an EP with the Carolyn Fe Blues Collective. Fe is also the recipient of 2018 Toronto Theatre Critics' Awards for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Calpurnia.

In 2014, Ortiz’s short film Listen was awarded Most Unique Short Film in Ben Affleck and Matt Damon's HBO TV Show Project Greenlight. In 2015, his film Wake Up was chosen as 1 of the 12 best international short films to screen at the 2016 Festival De Cannes. In 2018, he partnered with Quinton Aaron (Star of The Blindside) to direct and produce his documentary. In 2020, Ortiz married film composer and co-writer, Valeri.

Valeri Ortiz is a composer and pianist from Livonia, MI who now resides in Las Vegas, NV. Her love for music first appeared when she was three and she was promptly enrolled in classical piano lessons. Over the course of the next few years, that love dwindled and faded as it became clear she was no prodigy in the classical world— but she discovered something more enjoyable than performing: arranging and composing.

She has since been awarded by Orlando’s 48 Hour Film Project for her music, and she is currently working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Composition for Film, TV, and Games from Berklee College of Music.
